We will come do an in home consultation for free! We can discuss if an estate sale would be right for you and how we can help! 

After determining if an estate sale is right for you, we will go over and sign a contract. After this we can set up dates for the sale, along with times the team can come in and start the staging and pricing process!

Our team will come in to start preparing for the sale. We will stage your home in a professional manor using all available space. We will also bring in our own equipment such as tables if needed. We will do research on your items and price them accordingly. Your items will be photographed and advertised. 

We will advertise for your sale through multiple outlets such as our website, estate sale websites, social media and regular signage

Once everything is in place it will be time to have the sale!
